All owners and trainers must be licensed prior to the first day of racing.
Trainers are required to have all owners’ social security numbers, date of birth,
and current mailing address.
Owners’ silks must be declared and described at time of entry - no exceptions.
Scratches - 9:00 a.m. on race days. THIS INCLUDES STAKES AND HANDICAPS.
ANY SUBSTITUTE RACE OR EXTRA MAY BE USED AT THE DISCRETION OF THE RACING SECRETARY AND WILL BE WRITTEN FOR HORSES STABLED ON THE GROUNDS AND INDICATING A WILLINGNESS TO RACE.
ANY RACE IN THE BOOK WHICH DRAWS SEVEN OR MORE ENTRIES WILL BE USED BEFORE ANY EXTRA OR SUBSTITUTE RACE.
